Courtney and I have talked about exit separation a number of times and she finally decided in her Courtney way: "Enough talk awreddy! Let's post a table of ground speed vs seconds between groups back by the door and teach people to get the GPS ground speed when the green light is on and fix the problem!" :-) :-)

And she sent me several versions of this exit separation spreadsheet.

Now Courtney is a very focused and persuasive young lady and I realized that with her behind it it would probably actually happen, which inspired me to write Dealing with Uppers and Dealing with Uppers part 2 to provide some background and context and help explain what she was trying to do.

It was her idea to use the generic exit order of largest to smallest to simplify the presentation of the table.
